In the event of inclement weather, Singapore Flyer flight operations may be temporarily suspended for safety reasons.
Affected guests may revisit within the next 30 days. Guests whose e-ticket / QR code has been scanned may approach our staff at the Entrance on Level 1 for assistance.
- For guests who have purchased 165 Sky Dining, Singapore Sling Experience or Premium Champagne Experience
- Ticketing Counter purchase or online purchase at singaporeflyer.com, please approach our officer at the VIP Lounge on Level 1 to reschedule. Similarly, you can email to customer_service@singaporeflyer.com to reschedule.
- Third party website such as Klook or Trip.com purchase, please contact your booking agent to reschedule.
